My beautiful crocheters, today I will show you my crocheted Julia lace fingerless mittens. These crochet Julia lace mittens were designed by me especially for my sister as a gift for her birthday and now I am absolutely in love with this pattern. I’ve already made three pairs (one turquoise-my favorite color and I’m obsessed with them) and all my friends wants to crochet them these beautiful mittens in everyone favorite color.

The pattern for crochet Julia lace mittens is fast and easy to crochet, you are going to love making and wearing! This is the perfect chic and modern accessory for this autumn and winter. And they are great for gifts! They looks very good and are a fast project to crochet and if you make the matching hat your gift will be very appreciate.

The crochet Julia lace mittens is the perfect example of how simple stitches and basic techniques can make such a beautiful, chic and elaborate finished piece that is hard to believe a beginner could crochet it.

Me and my sister wear these crochet Julia lace mittens every day and she loves to wear them when she drives. These mittens are perfect for this season, the pattern is wonderful and definitely you will be noticed just wearing this accessory.

My boy approved these crochet Julia mittens from the first second he sow the mittens finished. Here I was trying to take some photos for the mittens and the Julia slouchy hat but he had a better idea. So he just chilled on my projects, so I had to wait for him to get bored and take the pictures for the blog.

For the crochet Julia lace mittens you will need:

50g fingering/sock yarn and a 2,75 mm hook.

For this project I recommend this yarn:

This gorgeous 40% merino wool, 40% acrylic and 20% polyamide is the perfect yarn for crocheting hats. The combination of this yarn makes it both light and warm. You can buy this yarn here: http://bit.ly/39IFIVF You can choose your favorite color here: http://bit.ly/3sAmSso

If you want to crochet a pair of mittens that looks more luxury you can use a special yarn, a yarn with silk 35% and 65% merino wool. This yarn will make your project look fabulous.

The silky-smooth silk adds a slightly shiny look to the yarn and combined with the merino wool it makes the yarn extra durable. Silk Merino is a dream to wear and it’s perfect for warm and soft crocheting for all kinds of clothing such as shawls, hats and mittens. Merino Silk is a fabulous luxury on your hook and you’ll fell in love with it on the first touch, so enjoy! Here you can buy this yarn: http://bit.ly/3p0RcKA

Here is the video tutorial for the lace stitch:

Now is time to assemble it:

Fold the rectangular that you just crocheted into half, Sew the edges together, but leave a space for thumb. You can leave it like that or you can crochet a few rows of double crochet for the thumb. In the image below you can see how I did it:
