Skill level: Easy
For my crochet heart I’ve used fingering cotton and a 3 mm crochet hook. For this project I recommend these yarns:
This is a high quality cotton yarn. The mercerisation process gives cotton a fantastic sheen and makes it even more durable. This yarn is a beautiful and shiny material which works great with this pattern. Here you find the yarn: http://bit.ly/3tQvgmU
A very high quality mercerised cotton yarn. The color chart includes plenty of gorgeous colors. Here you can buy the yarn: http://bit.ly/2LPAlIw
The dimensions of this crochet heart are: 8.5 cm width and 7.5 cm high.
If it’s to small heart you can use a worsted weight yarn and using the same pattern you’ll have a bigger heart.

How to crochet the single crochet stitch:
- Insert your hook in the second chain from the hook. Wrap the yarn over the hook and pull the new loop through the chain only.
- Wrap the yarn over the hook and pull a loop through both loops on the hook.
- One loop remains on the hook. This is the first single crochet made! Repeat step 1 and 2 for more single crochet stitches.
