Materials I used to knit this stitch: yarn: and 3.5 mm needles.
This is a very high-quality cotton yarn.

K= knit;
P= purl;
yo= yarn over;
ssk= slip, slip, knit;
k3tog= knit 3 together;
sk2po= slip 2 st, knit 2 sts together, pass slipped st over;
St= stitch;
RS= right side;
WS= wrong side.
The written instruction for the Twin Leaf Lace stitch:
Cast on multiple of 18 sts plus 1.
1.Row 1(RS): P1, *k4, k3tog, yo, k1, yo, p1, yo, k1, yo, sk2po, k4, p1*, repeat *-* until the end of the row;
2. Row 2 (and every WS row): *K1, p8*, repeat *-* until the last stitch, finish with a k1;
3. Row 3: P1, * k2, k3tog, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, p1, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, sk2po, k2, p1*, repeat *-* until the end of the row;
5. Row 5: P1, *k3tog, k2, yo, k1, yo, k2, p1, k2, yo, k1, yo, k2, sk2po, p1*, repeat *-* until the end of the;
6. Row 6: *k1, p8*, repeat *-* until the last stitch, finish with a k1.
Repeat the pattern from row 1.
